Why is the image faint or blurry?

15OS: Our projectors are optimized for a "Private Cinema" experience. For the best visual clarity, we recommend using them in a dim or dark environment.

🌟 Pro Tip: The ideal viewing distance is 1.6 meters for a 60-inch screen. Ensure the lens is clean and use the focus adjustment for a crisp image.
Can I control the projector via smartphone? How do I increase the volume?

Putbecy: Absolutely! You can download the AumiTV app to scan and control your device seamlessly via your phone. Regarding audio: If you require a more powerful sound stage, Putbecy supports Bluetooth & Aux connections to external speakers for a theater-grade audio experience.
Why can’t I cast Netflix, Disney+, or other streaming services?

Putbecy: Due to DRM (Digital Rights Management) copyright protections, premium apps like Netflix and Disney+ do not allow direct screen mirroring.

🌟 Solution: Simply plug in a TV Stick (Firestick, Roku, etc.) or connect your laptop via HDMI to enjoy your favorite shows without limitations.
Why is the resolution not 4K?

Putbecy: Our projectors support 4K Decoding, which allows you to play high-quality 4K source files. However, the final output is based on the device’s native physical resolution (e.g., 1080P). This provides the best balance of clarity and heat management for home use.
Wi-Fi is connected, but I see a "Contact merchant to register" message?

Putbecy: This is a security activation step for certain regions. Please go to Settings → System → About this device and send us your Serial Number (SN). Our support team will activate your device remotely within 24 hours.
How do I use Mouse Mode?

Putbecy: Simply press the "Mouse" button on your remote to toggle the cursor. Use the directional keys to navigate. Please note that Scroll/Page functions are only active when Mouse Mode is enabled.
How do I adjust Ambient Light or Picture Mode?

Putbecy: You can personalize your viewing experience in the settings:

🌟 Ambient Light: Settings → Projection → Ambient Light (On/Off).

🌟 Picture Mode: Settings → Image. Choose from Standard, Movie, Vivid, or Custom to suit your content.
What if my Wi-Fi connection is unstable?

Putbecy: First, test your Wi-Fi signal with a smartphone at the same location. If the projector signal is significantly weaker, please ensure there are no large metal objects or thick walls blocking the path. If the issue persists, contact our support team for a diagnostic check.
HDMI connection (Switch/PS5/Firestick) is not working?

Putbecy: 1. Ensure Auto Switch is enabled (Settings → Source → Auto Switch). 2. Manually select the HDMI source using the remote. 3. If the signal is still not detected, please try a different HDMI cable or contact us for assistance.
HDMI flickering or remote control issues?

Putbecy: * Flickering: Ensure the HDMI cable is securely plugged in. You may also try setting your source device's output to 1080P@50Hz.
